Offers: The most important job of a Realtor is the presentation, review and consultation with their client on Offers to Purchase.
Paul & Mike pride themselves on this aspect of the business.
They will:
 | Meet with you and prepare your offer to purchase and review with the Contract (Deposit Receipt).

 | Prior to the actual preparation of the offer supply you with the current Comparable Sales for the property you wish to purchase.

 | Prepare a Estimated Cost Sheet reflecting a estimate of your costs and down payment will be required to complete the Sale.

 | Discuss with you those items that may be important to the Seller, to make you offer more acceptable, such as "Pre-Approval of your Ability to purchase, length of Escrow, Good Faith Deposit, Warranties, Personal Property Requested., Length of Time for Sellers Response to Offer.

 | Prepare Your Offer

 | Contact the Agent representing the Seller and make arrangement to present your offer as quickly as possible.
|
 | Negotiate on your behalf with the Seller and the Realtor representing the Seller.
|
Counter Offers: If the seller does not accept your offer as presented deliver to you any Counter Offers, review with you and prepare your response, deliver and negotiate each Counter Offer.
