 | Review the Escrow Instructions to insure they represent the agreed upon Contract and Counter Offers.

 | Deliver and review with you disclosure statements received from the Seller or the Sellers.

 | Assist you in arranging for Home Inspection and be present with you during Inspection. review the report with you and prepare a list of repairs if any you request as a result of the Inspection

 | Negotiate on your behalf on repair work requested and assist you with locating professional for additional inspections if required.

 | Review the Preliminary Title Report with you when received to insure there are no problems with the Title that could have future impacts on you oar that could delay close.
