There are a number of disclosures that a seller of Residential Property in California must make to a Buyer. These are required by state law. In addition there are required inspections and disclosures that may be required by a County or City.

Following is a list of the required forms.

Lead-Based Paint and Lead-Based Paint Hazards Disclosure Required on properties build prior to 1978

Smoke Detector Statement of Compliance

Water Heater Statement of Compliance

Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement (AKA) Zone Disclosure Report -by custom purchased from a 3rd Party that has access to maps and other Data to completed

Long Beach -Has  Parking Exemption Report or Garage Inspection report required for property in the Impacted Parking Areas of the city.
