 | Prior to the actual presentation of the offer supply you with the current Comparable Sales for the property you are selling, keeping in mind this will be an update to the data used when your Market Analysis was prepared.

 | Prepare a Estimated Cost Sheet reflecting a estimate of your costs in selling the property.

 | Discuss with you those items that may be most important in evaluation of the Buyer, such as "Pre-Approval of the Buyers ability to purchase, length of Escrow, Good Faith Deposit, Warranties, Personal Property Requested., Length of Time for Response to Offer.

 | Prepare Your Response either in the form of acceptance or a Counter Offer
|
 | Negotiate on your behalf with the Realtor representing the Buyer.
