 | Meet the appraiser selected by the Buyers lender, be present at the appraisal, provide information as to comparable sales and current market conditions to insure the appraiser has all the facts to appraise the property at value.

 | Insure that Escrow is promptly opened and your Good Faith Deposit deposited with the Escrow holder.

 | Review the Escrow Instructions to insure they represent the agreed upon Contract and Counter Offers.

 | Review with you disclosure statements required to be provided to a Buyer

 | Advise you of the date of the arranging Inspections by the Buyer and be present during Inspection. review any and all inspection reports with you.

 | Review with you any repairs requested by the Buyer.
|
 | Negotiate on your behalf on repair work requested and assist you with locating professionals to do the work if required.
|
 | Review the Preliminary Title Report with you when received to insure there are no problems with the Title that could impact the closing.
|
 | Follow up with the Buyer's Agent and Lender to insure your loan is progress satisfactorily to insure closing at the agreed time.
